Brian is a founding partner of LG Construction + Development, and has spent the last 17 years developing, constructing, and renovating over $600 million in high-end residential and commercial projects around the Chicagoland area.
Brian’s relentless pursuit of the highest level of customer service and uncompromising standards, has led us to be a top-rated company across many different construction types and asset classes.
Brian graduated from the University of Illinois with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in General Engineering, and also has an MBA.
Director of Sales & Development
Coming from a family of engineers, venturing into the construction industry was natural for Amy. Her lifelong knowledge of construction and design is utilized in our residential and commercial developments over the past 10 years.
Amy oversees the marketing and branding for each of our developments, in addition to coordinating the sales and leasing teams. She also works directly with clients, building relationships from the start.
Amy grew up in Central Illinois and graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Business and Information Management.
Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer has spent over 12 years in public accounting, working in audit, tax, and consulting. She focused primarily on construction and real estate clients, and joined the company after working on a consulting engagement with them.
In addition to Jennifer’s industry-wide experience and knowledge of best practices, she has a passion for the operations side of it, and actually believes accounting is fun!
Jennifer received a Bachelor in Science from Bradley University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the AIPCA.
Acquisitions & Finance Manager
Daniel is responsible for originating,
underwriting, and closing investment
opportunities, as well as well securing
equity and debt. He holds a BA in
Business Communications, a
certificate in Urban Real Estate, is
LEED accredited, and is a proud
member of the Urban Land Institute.
Development Project Manager
Marty uses his Civil Engineering and MBA background to manage all
aspects of a project life cycle, from
acquisition to delivery. He hires the
general contractor, monitors and
reports key metrics and project schedules, and makes sure the
finance teams are kept up to date.
Interior Design Lead
Kelsey utilizes her Interior and
Environmental Design and Construction Management degrees to make sure every inch of our developments have a purpose. She’s deeply involved projects from conception, creating the interior
layout, and stays engaged until every
furnishing is selected, installed, and
the project is complete.
Interior Design Lead Assist
Katie is our interior selection expert and utilizes her Communications
degree to effectively build relationships and assist homebuyers throughout the finish selection process. In addition to her knowledge of the highest quality materials, clients also benefit from her vast architectural software experience.
Design & Program Manager
Gabe is involved with each project from the acquisition phase, using his architectural degree to determine our development meets the city’s zoning requirements, and once approved,
he will obtain the appropriate permits. You’ll often see him at neighborhood meetings, working with community leaders to ensure we’re creating developments in line with their vision.
